Bruce Carroll,  President, Short Sale Pros

Bruce became involved with Short Sales Pros 1st in 2009.  His previous experience includes tenure as President and Managing Partner of bruce carrollSprox Sales, the exclusive worldwide distributor of Soundog, a wireless audio box that allows customers to hear what they watch in a bar or restaurant.  Other leadership roles include ownership and President of Breadsmith, a franchise specializing in European hand crafted artisan breads for both the retail and wholesale markets.  He also had five successful years managing one quarter of the country for Sharp Electronics Corporation developing and educating dealers to sell their state of the art point of sale technology to the hospitality industry.  Bruce was also an investor and limited partner in a bank.

Bruce resides in southeastern Michigan with his wife and two children and is actively involved in coaching youth sports including charity work for the American Cancer Society, National Brain Injury Association and other worthwhile causes.  Bruce graduated from Northwood University, a private university in Michigan whose focus is to develop the future leaders of a global, free enterprise society with a business degree.

Lorrie Fiteny is the Chief Examiner and Case Management Executive with the Short Sale Professionals.  Lorrie works primarily to minimize lorriefitenyforeclosures and coordinate successful short sales for the benefit of the distressed homeowner and the lender.  Lorrie was highly recruited to join our team because of her 30 years of experience and remarkable success as a real estate agent.  In addition to her real estate background, she spent ten years in advertising at BBDO, arguably one of the largest advertising agencies in the world, coordinating and executing national dealer advertising programs on behalf of the Big Three Automakers.  

Lorrie resides in Clarkston, Michigan with her son, a freshman at Michigan State University and her daughter, a senior in high school.  Her interests include golf and attending her children’s numerous activities as well as other philanthropic events that benefit her community.

Mr. Fris is the Principal of Corporate Growth Services LLC, a specialized corporate development advisory firm that assists privately owned companies to enhance their value and create exit scenarios.  Mr. Fris’ career includes positions at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. (now JP Morgan Chase) and the Burroughs Corporation.  He founded Great Lakes BIDCO, one of the first Business Industrial Development Companies in Michigan.  As CFO at American Dental Technologies, Mr. Fris planned and directed the Company’s IPO and NASDAQ listing.  Mr. Fris received his BA in Economics from Stanford University and his MBA in Planning & Finance from the University of Stockholm.

 
Michael G. Troyanovich, ESQ., Short Sale Pros

Michael Troyanovich is an attorney and has been licensed by the State of Michigan since 1983.  Since that time, Michael has been a partner in the Law Firm of Kistner & Troyanovich, P.C., n/k/a Kistner, Troyanovich & Brady, P.C.

His primary focus is in the area of real estate.  Michael has represented residential and commercial brokers as well as a variety of mortgage companies throughout his career.

Michael was one of the founders of Short Sales Pros 1st in 2008.  He is originally from Yardville, New Jersey and attended St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Michael received his Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s in 1979.  After receiving his degree he went on to receive his law degree from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Michael is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (real property, family law and probate sections), the Macomb County Bar Association and the Macomb County Bar Foundation.  He is also active in many charitable endeavors including being a member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Charities at Adios.

 
Terry L. Olson, Short Sales Pro

Terry Olson is a successful entrepreneur and most recently he founded two businesses including Short Sale Pros 1st in 2008 and a business intelligence database company in 2009.  Prior to this, he has a long history of success and was most recently the President and CEO of a national commercial foodservice warrantyTerry Olson of Short Sales Pros administration and claims processing business.

In 2000, he sold IRG, his marketing research and business intelligence company to the publicly held Harte Hanks, Inc.  He spent seventeen years taking IRG from a regionally based operation to a globally driven subscription based marketing research and business intelligence company where he delivered integrated sales, marketing and research solutions along with access to proprietary databases and industry leading web enabled applications.  With the company headquartered in suburban Detroit, the business had over 2,000 technology OEM and service related customers including Hewlett Packard, IBM, EMC, Computer Associates, AT&T, Microsoft, Sprint, etc.  From 2000 until 2003, he was the Group President and Managing Director for the Harte Hanks, Inc. computer intelligence division where he had responsibility for North America, Western Europe and Latin America.  

Terry is originally from Victoria, British Columbia and attended Western Michigan University in 1978 on a hockey scholarship.  He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1982.  From 1982 until 1983 he played minor league professional hockey before entering the business world in 1984.  

Terry has lived in Metro Detroit since 1984.  He has been married for twenty-four years and has three children.  He is currently, and has sat on numerous boards of directors including a public university, children’s charity, private country club and several privately held companies.  His interests include mentoring, private equity placement, real estate development, golf, coaching hockey, travel and attending his children’s events.
 


Charles W. Runyan, Chief Social Marketing Officer, Short Sale Pros

Charles Runyan is the owner and principal of Charles Runyan Enterprises, LLC, based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.  He started his company in early 2009, based on his experience working at Primerus, www.Primerus.com, a nationwide legal services company, first as Vice President ofchaarlesrunyan Services and then Director of Technology.  Taking his extensive experience as webmaster for Primerus, he decided to bring the world of SEO and Social Media to a local level in Michigan and beyond.

Julie A.
